Aimlessness

In order to be happy we must let go of our views of what will make us happy. When we harbor strong views of what will make us happy we reduce our chances of being happy - in the here and now. If we are open, many things can bring joy. Sitting can make us happy. Walking can make us happy. The smell of green tea can make us happy. Birds, sunset, a warm bath...so many things can make us happy. Just being can make us happy. To live every moment fully without letting our mind wander is aimlessness. Aimlessness is the third door to liberation.
